Other machines

Of course there have been more machines than mentioned on Linotype.wiki. About some, there are some sources. We will mention them here as we encounter them. But probably, there will have been several more experimental machines which never saw the light of day.

L' électrotypographe

About the électrotypographe, there is one image available in the French magazine 'Le Génie Civil' form 15 Augustus 1906. The machine is described as 'making it possible to duplicate typographic characters by electrodeposition for a lasting impression'. Few details are available about its working.
